Did anybody try to use the 36V positioner with the 24V actuator?
Will it shorten significantly the life of the actuator or burn it?
I am asking these questions because I can get the 36V positioner and 24V actuator for ½ price. It is joined transaction.

I had a 36 volt reciever powering a 24V actuator for 4 years (but all equipment was installed new when the house was built 12 years before) ,before my motor gave out. I think water might have helped in it's downfall judging by all the rust when I pulled the motor apart.

I'd say to go for it.
