As it turns out, I didn't have to touch it. My DVR was delivered today by an installer and since I had already done all the work prior to his arrival, he took a look at my dish for me. He used his Birddog and the tilt was adjusted from the indicated 66 to 70 and the azimuth and elevation were retweaked. Now 101 is 96 and 119 is 80.
