4 HD DVRS... Custom install?

Are 4 hd dvrs considered a custom install? I tried to get direct via x-satellite and the installer told me that it was considered a custom job. I have the sales manger trying to work something out with install manger.

Yes I think it is.

Yes and No.. It is 8 lines (in most cases) where technically the free install includes 4 lines. If you are unhappy with whatever the install company may or may not charge for the custom work you can always reschedule or make your own cabling arrangements. Expect the guy to be there a while.
