508 problems

I have a 508 that is not working correctly. I have an auto tune timer set up. It has been turning on but no audio. In addition there is a picture, and as I said no audio, and the green power light is not on.

Also, it is not recording some of my DVR events. Any suggestions on what I can do the fix this?

go to the dish net forum-- there has been a trhead there with others discussing same problems.

contact Dish Tech thru their website- they need some info like model
software version you have etc (all info on your system ino screen)

They are working on this problem- bu the more who report it -- the quicker it will action
