A 6 footer might do it since most of the stuff on that satellite is Cband. Some of the guys here have that size dish so maybe they will chime in with personal experience on this. I was receiving 50w on my 7.5ft SAMI dish here in Virginia.
No personal experience, but "book learning" says 6-foot minimum for C-band and 1.2-meter for Ku band.
