I'm looking @ a fortec dish, but it's stationary.
Can it be converted to a polar mount ?

To attach your dish to non-OEM mount will require building some sort of brackets, very doable if you have some fabrication skills and a little patience.

Sadoun sells replacement polar mounts, SP180: Replacement Polar Mounts Sadoun 180CM Prime focus Satellite Dish . Perhaps that will fill your need.

Just a reminder to you that the WSI special 6 footer is NOT the same quality as the Fortec 6 footer. Search the threads and you will find info on the WSI specials as well as some sound advice on them. Good luck with your install.
