61.5 Question for Puerto Rico

In the past I had seen on other sites (SBeams...) that spot 70 was not being activated by comments made here. Now I see that on this site we have SPOT 70 spread out into four or so transponders with Puerto Rico's name and map with red letters and so forth. Can someone explain the not available/HD and what does this mean and why they have the same channel number and or how to interpret this uplink posting. Your answer will be greatly appreciated.

Spot beam 70 are virtual channels - no actual programming for anyone. (Certain people have access to it but not the general public) It may carry guide information for the channels that are for Puerto Rico.
