722 guide problems

anyone have any ideas why a 722 would not download random channel guide information.

what do you mean? scanned in locals only have guide for what channels dish carries, but other than that as long as you let the guide download finish it will pull in info for everything; it pulls in guide info for every channel dish offers off of the satellites you have, but of course they will be masked untill you subscribe, so i suggest to do a switch test then let it download- that should help, and naturally, doing a front panel reset or just unplugging it may do the trick by itself
