OTHER 90cm HughesNet Ka Dish for FTA?

I was given a 90cm HughesNet dish that I gladly took down along with a SAMI BUD that a lady gave me free. It wasn't until I did a little internet searching that I realized this is a Ka Dish. Does this rule it out for Ku FTA use? I am assuming It does, but I'd like to hear if anyone else has attempted it.

If you can retrofit the LNB holder, I don't see any reason why you couldn't use it for FTA.

It works great. I have mine on 99w.

I took a photo of the original LNB to make a reference point for rigging a new LNB.

if you use it for 99w you need to bring in focal point 1/2".
