A question about Coolsat 8100 HD

Is it true that the unit can do dvb-s dvb-s2, qspk and 8psk, but not 4:2:2? I have been told that CS8100 has the capability of 8psk out of the box (no need of an add-on board), but I cannot find any confirmation on the specs .

None do 4.2.2 except for the Quali-TV import from Europe, and some computer cards..
I've read this before about the DVB-S2 feature, I'm sure a search here will turn up some threads on it.

Yes Coolsat HD receivers do receive dvb s2 out the box.

yep. Have a 8000 and it does DVB-S2 * 8PSK out of the box
The 8100 has the PVR option (the 8000 doesnt)
