AC-3 not working?

I have two pansat 2500's and one gets ac3 fine and the other says (0) for ac3?? I did a factory reset on both to no avail. They do have a different software date.
Also have a fortec that gets ac3

I would try and flash the one that cant get AC-3 with the newest factory software

Hopefully that fixes the issue. The 2500 is a nice reciever (have the 1500)...blind scan is slow but works real nice

I didn't know a 2500 could get AC-3 at all! I know the one I have gets sound on WNYI Retrojams, but not the regular Retrojams channel.

It passes the ac3.

The 2500 has AC-3 in it...the "little brother" the 1500 (which I have) does not
