Acquiring guide data )help)

so last night i rebooted the hr20-700 and now all i get is acquiring guide data. any ideas????

things i did...
1. pushed the red rest button.
2. unplugged for 10 mins.
3. swapped coax lines from tuner 1 to tuner 2.
4. looked to see if there was a tree down or if the sat got moved some how.
5. call dtv support and told them my problem, they told me to do the things listed above and came down to replacing the box...i don't have the protection plan so they wanted to charge me $19.95+tax to ship out a new box. but the rep came back and said i can give you 3 free months of showtime if we send out a box new box if i pay the $19.95+tax.

do any of you have any other ideas what i can do?

update....

well this morning i went to go turn on the tv and it seems to work but i get that message you guide has not been updated over 2 days. once i hit ok i get acquiring guide data.
im coming down to it that there is service problem in my area.
