Add 110w to 119w with 2nd LNB

I subscribe to Dish Network but only point at 119 with my Channel Master 1.8 meter dish and single LNB and so I don't get all my channels. I purchased an arm adapter and two new Dish Pro Dual LNBF and a combiner switch to try to catch 2nd satellite by adding a second LNB. I have good 119 signal with no skew adjustment. I am located at 17.5N 63W. Should I stay with my current 119 pointing and if so about how many inches left or right and up or down of my center LNB should I adjust the arm to start searching for signal from second LNB? Or should I repoint? Thanks

circular polarity (as 110 & 119 are) do not need to be skewed

Keep 119 as is and add the 2nd dish. There really is no exact measurement to adding it to the larger dish. All I know is it will be a few inches away from the other LNB. Its more of a "wave the LNB around and hope you get a signal"

remember, when standing in front of the dish facing it the 2nd LNB will be to the LEFT of the 119 LNB
