Add NoSports?

I was trying to downgrade my package online, and I got this error saying that I can't "add nosports"

Shouldn't I be able to downgrade from Top 200 down to Top 120? See the attached image for the exact error. I assume I have to call in to downgrade? Thanks in advance.

120 plus is 120 with your RSN. If you have that one you can add the sports pack.

What did you have before?

I've seen this before. Expand all areas including locals and sports. Send a snapshot of each. We are only getting part of the picture. I could be wrong but with some packages including the 12o you must have locals. The No sports word there are just one of a list of possible errors they listed.
