The BUD I picked up a while ago was moved from about 40 miles north of where I am. It was working when it was last used.

Should I need/bother to adjust the declination or just leave it as it is?

Leave the declination setting alone for the initial aiming. As long as the pole was plumb at the previous and new installation and the dish was perfectly tracking, no or very minimal declination / elevation adjustment will necessary.

Yup your within the 50 mile range where it shouldn't matter. :) And if you do need to make a change its only a hair of an adjustment.
