Advice for adding another receiver.

I've been thinking about adding another reciever for my daughters bedroom and I'm not sure it I should lease or buy. If I understand correctly, I will still pay a monthly fee for the receiver weather I lease (lease fee) or buy (additional outlet fee). Is this correct? If this is the case, then it seems like a lease would be the way to go.

I have a 501 DVR in another bedroom. Could I lease a dual tuner DVR (SD) and return the 501 (it's leased)? That would eliminate a additional outlet fee, or I'm I completely wrong?

Yes, that will work, but you will need a phone line connected to the dual tuner unit or you will be charged for the additional tuner.
