Does D TV charge to have someone reaim your satellite? I live in an apartment and after almost 2 years of having it attached to a 4 X 4 wooden pole which is then attached to the porch railing I was told my arm was sticking too far out over the rail, so I now have the pole in a 100 lbs of cement in a bucket but it is further back on the porch so the arm doesn't stick out over the rail but now I can't get a signal after trying to do the adjustments myself.

Nitpicky? Maybe, but well within their rights; they can easily claim eyesore or safety; can also claim foul as well as if was/is attached to any of their property or if you drill any holes. Its always wise to stay within the law and rules; or risk removal.
