airtv dual tuner adapter

Anybody had a problem with airtv dual tuner adapter mine i started getting no video but i have a strong signal at 85%
antenna hooked straight to tv works fine

Did the connection come loose? Usually a reboot of the Hopper fixes most problems. Give it a try.

i tried all of that everything is good did not help

I just this morning did a rescan of my locals in the Washington DC DMA. 65 channels found, most of which are at least strong. Many local channels are 100%. This is using the AirTV adapter on a H3 and a rooftop antenna.

With a SS of 85 you should be getting a good picture. I suspect your dongle has developed an issue.

I have both versions of the dual tuner (dish & airtv)
both give me the acquiring signal screen
both are connected to HWS

never had these issues with the 722 & the built in ota tuner
just had to accept the problem, even though it still makes me mad
