Albuquerque mux Channels on AMC4

I understand that these channels (see below) on TP 3907 H is in the clear. Can any one who have a C-Band dish verify this? I am in the process of buying a Prime Focus 240cm Dish for AMC4 c/Ku-band satellite.

According to Lyngsat, those channels are encrypted using the Digicipher II system. They may occasionally go into fixed key mode, but I highly doubt that they're in the clear. If they were in fixed key (zero key) mode, a Digicipher II decoder would still be needed to view them.

I haven't got my C-Band system set up yet myself. Spring is finally coming, I'm hoping to get mine done soon!

They are encrypted in DCII. The 4DTV shows them as "This channel is not available"
