Is amc-16 still broadcasting reason is this is my true south satellite and i want to put a motor on my dish and line it up with this satellite. What do you do if you can't get your true satellite? What else can you do?

The motor swings the dish over a few degrees
You set elevation and azimuth to get this alternate bird
With luck and care, you will be on the arc

There is a test card at 12195H 3978 on AMC16, if you are working on your dish. Usually it is on all day during the week, color bars and tone.
