AMC3 KU help

I'm trying to find CNN news source on AMC 3, 87 degree. I have a steerable dish with both cband and KU. I have found Cband stuff on my NTSC receiver, but never get a lock on the SA D9225 power view IRD. I want to look at the KU on a spectrum analyzer. Does anyone know the formula? LO freq is 10.750. Freq. for the receive is 1210. Although Lynsat list it at 11957. Where is the decimal point? Useing 1025 mhz. I'm seeing something, not sure if it's the digital carrier. Maybe I need to send this IRD out for repair. I seem to have hit a brick wall. Any ideas thoughts or suggestions rally appreciated.

If you are controlling Polarity from the Analog receiver, try both when using the SA receiver
