This is the kind of screwup where D* will likely make hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits off of it. From all of the people who don't bother to call.
Same exact thing happened to me. I had it for 1 year, then got an anniversary gift of a $5/mo credit, and lost my free HD on the next bill. Called them, they said the correction would be on the next bill. It wasn't. I called back, they gave me a $20 credit and said it would be on my next bill. We will see.
