Another Diseqc question

I'm gonna put a motor on one of my Primestar dishes the other I want to keep aimed at G10. Can I run the motorized dish thru port 1 and the stationary dish thru port 2.

If you put the switch after the motor and then put the motorized dish's lnb on port 1 and the stationary dish's lnb on port 2, that should work. Putting the switch between the motor and the receiver will cause you grief though.

best to just put the swtch after the motor.

ird -> motor -> switch -> lnb

I have a T90 and a 1m this way, works well. I have fast switching on sats I use alot, and motor for everything else

Any Diseqc switch will work.
