Another dumb question from a noob

When I blindscan sats none of the numbers match what I find on "the list" or Lyngsat.
My settings are standard, 5150, 22k off. Are these correct or is this my problem. Most of the channels come up on a blindscan but if I manually enter transponders nothing comes up.
This is on my Pansat 3500SD

Are you just a couple off, example:
Lyngsat lists 3791, but you blind scan as 3793?

More than that Lak, 30-50 roughly. It's not a big deal but if I want to add one manually I get nothing.

I see it now: Pansat 3500

Does it happen on all your LNBs, or just just the BSC621

The BSC is the only cband I have, don't know about the Ku dish.
