I don't believe Comcast is the issue. DirecTV has FSNBA in HD and Dish will have it once their bandwidth constraints are solved. I'm hoping for an August 15th suprise when they change the Voom channels from MPEG2 to MPEG4 to open up some bandwith.
The possibility of some additional RSN's being made available on August 15th was mentioned when they recently made eight more HD RSN's available and announced the addition of seven more national HD channels coming on August 15th and one on September 1st.
