Any way to manually add channels?

Is there any way other than programming through the map converter program to manually add channels to the reciver after conversion to the X4 system? I can manually tune into the Nebraska PBS mux, but I cant figure out how to add the channels to my list. Thanks for your help.

The old c/ku receivers are selling think for dish movers. Can use a sidecar 4dtv receiver but makes life more complicated.
