Anyone else have problems getting DirecTV to come out?

We have tried to have DirecTV (local installer) come out for the 'movers program'...they have not shown up 4 different times...ready to give up, but they said we could find our own local installer. Ha!

Anyone have any suggestions? I am in Los Angeles area/San Fernando Valley.

I just moved 3 weeks ago, and had no issues with our local guys. They were there the day/time and got it all going without any issues.
