anyone get the new install in chicago?

I heard the mpeg 4 equipment will arrive wednesday. I am scheduled for Friday.

Well, I called last Wednesday (11/23) and was given an install date of 12/1. Just for grins I called D* this morning to verify things and while they saw my order the system didn't show an install date scheduled, would I like to schedule one now. Well, DOH, what do you think, so I'm now scheduled for the PM of 12/5. Probably call again in a couple of days to reverify again.

I would call APEX, they are the local installer. Their number is 888-526-0297

They said they will have the equipment Wednesday and will start installs Thurs. They also said they will have technicians that were trained in mpeg4. I wanted to make sure the guy coming knew what he was doing.
