Side view 5.5 ft. dish. DTV Lnb test mounted. Never worked any better than 18" dish.

The dish was sent to the radio station where I work over 20 years ago to be used to receive "Chuck Harder" For the People network. They changed satellites at the same time our contract was up and the dish was never un crated for years. It has a very stiff heavy gage aluminum mesh with small holes. There is no back ribs or outer perimeter structure. It is light, yet reasonably strong. Has a H-H polar mount operated manually with a small square tube with a thumb screw. I put it up on a pole about 10 years ago trying to beat the rain fade on my DTV dish (didn't help) and stood unused till this year when I caught on to FTA. Now pointed at 87° for NASA works great at only 5.5 ft. I'd like to pick up a few more if I knew what it is. thanks

Jim

Can't tell what it is but looks commercial quality. You should get some fta on it. Out an actuator on and use a vbox or analog receiver to move it.
