I'm looking to order Dish today after coming here from DBSForums. I called the number listed on the Satguys store site for well over an hour with no answer.
I know it's the first day back from Memorial weekend etc, but does anyone answer the phones?

Is there any advantage in ordering through DishStore over the DishNetwork site?

Yes people do answer the phones. I understand that Claude needed to go and pick up his truck from the shop today. He should be there soon.

DishStore is cheeper then getting stuff direct from Dish Network.

Got hold of Claude, signed up for a new Dish setup, was simpler than expected.
If anyone is looking for a professional and friendly service I can't fault them from my experience today.
