Anyone there?

  • Server Issues.

    We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

    Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

I'm looking to order Dish today after coming here from DBSForums. I called the number listed on the Satguys store site for well over an hour with no answer.
I know it's the first day back from Memorial weekend etc, but does anyone answer the phones?

Is there any advantage in ordering through DishStore over the DishNetwork site?

Yes people do answer the phones. I understand that Claude needed to go and pick up his truck from the shop today. He should be there soon. :D

DishStore is cheeper then getting stuff direct from Dish Network. :)
 
Got hold of Claude, signed up for a new Dish setup, was simpler than expected.
If anyone is looking for a professional and friendly service I can't fault them from my experience today.
