Are Motorola STB-DCT700 and DCT3416 CableCard?

DCT-3416 is a box leftover from before the separable security mandate went into effect. It doesn't use CableCARD. DCT-700 is specifically a non-CableCARD box, eligible for the separable security mandate waiver.
 
I see so if my cable company uses this device I will not be able to use other equipment for watching tv.

In other words it doesn't has a separate PCMCIA like lot.
