Those all look fine. ...

The zeros and other sub-par levels on the 101W screen are from out of market spotbeams. ...

Yup, they are good ...
Take a look at the other Sat as well while your looking .

You got the 101 sat that they start with and the 103 Sat looks good as well, how about the 99 Sat, it should be very similar to the 103.
 
Hers are the other signals.

DTV still stays out during heavy downpours. A 5 minuet outage is normal right? However, it can be out for longer than 5 minuets.
