He wasn't even in the top 5 of popular Phoenix athletes- I think he took a backseat to Randy Johnson, Jason Kidd, Jake Plummer, Tkachuk and Roenick.

Now Jake "the snake" Plummer may be a worthy addition, but Kidd not to much slobber. RJ got the slobber, BUT brought it and is a HOF'er; even though he is still trying to work the media is off him. The NYC media during that experiment doesn't count for much. At least to me.

While Jimbo and I disagree on what is considered good basketball (He likes the game played 'the right way' while I am sick and tired of boring Spurs/Pistons style basketball) and he and I don't see eye-to-eye on Detroit sports, one thing I do agree with him on:

NASCAR is BORING.

I would rather have season-tickets for the Pirates than be a NASCAR fan.
