ATSC+QAM PC tuner card question

Which HD channels will I be able to watch if I get a ATSC tuner card with QAM support? I don't care about the premium channels, I only have iO basic anyway. Which digital channels are encrypted and which aren't? Thanks.

The broadcast channels are unencrypted. The rest for the most part are encrypted.

Broadcast, meaning CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, My9, CW, 13? No ESPN, YES, FoxSports, SportsNet, TNT, Universal, etc etc?

Anything you can get with an antenna is unencrypted. All cable HD channels are encrypted.
