I have a commercial set up with one 1.2m dish with 110, 119 fed to another 1.2m dish for 99,101,103, then four trunk lines running down through rg11 to the head end, signal strength is -52dBm and I need to add an attenuators to compensate so the head end equipment is not overridden needs to be -34 to -42dBm max.

-52dBm is 10 times less power than -42dBm and 63.1 times less power than -34dBm. An attenuator is undesirable and not needed.
