I to have the caller Id Quirk tough it didn't show up until a reboot was necessary for the freeze during surfing that happens often. This is not the object of my post.
Audio has been lacking since day one. Sony ES amp has an indicator for receiving true multi channel signal. It would rally indicate before the upgrade. Suddenly it was there for most HD programs especially the voom only channels.(ota news had it the other day 1st time) When receiving true multi channel the sound seems more dynamic. The inferior sound is acceptable because it is awesome compared to most awesome. With one of the boots to cure freeze the frequency of true multichannel went away; and now on 3 occasions I've had to reset the amp because the overload protection was tripped. This is an expensive amp and overload protectors have a limited lifespan. Any suggestions????? Am quite concerned.
