Auto Updates

Normally on Tuesdays I find my DVR-1100c on and set to channel 1. For at least two weeks this hasn't been the case. Do I have a problem or have we missed a couple of updates? My time was off a minute or so as well.
 
NONE of my customers (parishioners?) got auto updates, but fortunately, I called support before I left. I did a manual update here and it worked. Called my (11 of my) customers and walked each one through it -- all worked OK, so they are happy.

But what happened to "push"?
 
Spoke with Euge at Glorystar and identified that the channel list needed to be set to be sequentially higher than D1.80. Automatic update issue should be resolved with the channel list posted higher than D1.80.
 
Channel list got updated to 1.39 now but some channels are not working (black screen) What happened to the updates?
