So when i talk to dish they always claims all charges are vailid after arguing I get credits. Today they removed and refused to add them back did anyone has such problems ?

The CSR you speak to probably accidently removes the HBO and showtime when you downgrade your other channels. When a package that is on a promotion is removed, you automatically loose the credits.

I would just get your Free HBO/Showtime and leave your programming alone for 3 months.

When I had Free HBO and Starz last year it amazed me that something that was FREE would actually be charged to my account. I would call and it would stump the csrs every time when I would say: How can something FREE make my bill go up? They would start by saying you will get a credit next month to make up for the charge this month. I would say NO take it off now. They would give me credits for the charges and after arguing for three months with them on two accounts, which I had the"FREE" promo on , I swore I would never take anything "FREE" from DISH again. It wasn't worth the headaches.

I agree. If they need to "charge" for the promo to show hbo they actually gave it to a potential new hbo customer, then the charge and credit should be at the same time. It should show
HBO $12.99 HBO free credit -$12.99
Getting charged and paying and then getting a credit next month is not free.
It is free AFTER rebate.
