I jumped on this last week along with the purchase of several other discs I had been holding out for. I believe the sale ends today, so if you're still on the fence, be sure to make a decision.
A few questions:
1) Does it include the Mini-Series in addition to the complete Seasons 1-5?
2) Does it include Razor?
3) Where the heck am I going to store this thing? It's frakkin' huge!

1 The Mini Series is part of Season 1 
(only the webisodes are not included I believe)

The mini series is considered part of the first season, so it is included of course (and is part of Season 1 when you buy the seasons individually.
Razor is extra, it was not part of any season, I didn't think it was included.

I thought this would be the best place to mention that season 1 in HD is only $5 from Amazon Video on Demand right now. It doesn't include the mini series, however.

I watched Caprica in HD off of Direct VOD last month... looked very good. S 4.5 is the only discs available here for $44.95...

Good 'ol Amazon. They originally gave me a ship date of 9/11 (Super Saver Shipping), and it arrived in the mail today. I handed the box to my wife so she can wrap my birthday present.
I'm probably a dumb a** for buying this set instead of the whole series but, I bought the S 4.5 disc locally (have S1 HD DVD version) watched Sometimes a Great Notion... Wow, just Wow... the difference in PQ from the broadcast versions from both Dish and Directv is astounding... AQ is a given due to better sound...
I got the Blu-ray (In)Complete set from DeepDiscount for $165. The Cylon figure is kind-of cheap, as in Made in China cheap. The way the discs are packaged is HORRIBLE. Each season is in a cardboard insert with a cardboard wedge folded up like an accordion. The discs are placed between the cardboard folds -- they are a PITA to remove. I immediately took out ALL of my discs and placed them in 4-disc cases. My 4-disc cases are the same thickness as a regular case. I printed up a label for each case and put those in my disc rack.
I haven't gone through ALL of the menus but the webisodes, The Plan, nor Caprica are included with the "complete" set. There is commentary and deleted scenes for almost all of the episodes -- the deleted scenes ( at least the ones I looked at ) are un-finished with green screens, etc. and in SD.

The following episodes include two versions - aired and un-aired extended.
S2 E11 - Pegasus
S3 E09 - Unfinished Business
S4 E14 - A Disquiet Follows My Soul
S4 E20 - Island in a Stream of Stars

The Plan hasn't been released yet nor Caprica on BD, Caprica was on VOD and I have watched in HD (looked good).
The Plan is out 10/27, it's air date on syfy has been pushed to 2010.
Caprica (released in April on DVD) set to debut currently on my birthday in January, the 22nd.
