BEC 1000 book needed

Just purchased a BEC 1000 off of Ebay but didn't get a book and I'm a first time user of FTA receivers...Was hopeing someone could send me a web page, link or anything regarding this unit. Thanks

BEC DST-1000 or DBS-1000? Basically, is it a PCI card, or a Set Top Box?

The manual is pretty much worthless but give it a try, if you want to know how to do a paticular fuction let me know and I can help. I own one of these.
