Bell Expressvu account problem

my broker tried to ser up my programming on my hd bell receiver today and they told me that this was a rental receiver and needed to be sent back to him.....okay I live in Indiana how do I start this process over again with a legit receiver also is it even possible to get a bell expressvu account in the us even with a broker

Well I would start by doing what he says, sending the receiver back to him and asking for a replacement.

I live in Indianapolis and have a Bell subscription. I bought my HD receivers from a broker in Canada and use them for service. You will need a bigger elliptical dish for 82 & 91. Mine is a 30 x 36. Signal quality is about 90% on most of 82.
