Bell Expressvu Recevier Problem

Today i was switching between a HD program to a SD program, and when I went back to the HD programing ( 817 CBS WBZ ) I went to go click on the Guide and nothing came up! Just the show i was watching in the top right corner. I trited to turn it off. but nothing! any help. its a 6100 Recevier. I have had the syestem since about August 2007.

Pull the Smart Card, wait until the System Info Screen appears, then re-insert, it should reboot and all should be fine.
