Best churn rate estimates

Hi all- I am working on a grad school project and are in the process of building NPV models for the video portion of satellite, cable, and fiber providers. I am trying to get a best guess estimate from industry experts on churn rates. The only ones that publish it are DTV and DISH - any suggestions or best informed guesses on what Comcast, U-Verse and FiOs could be? Any guesses on the breakout of voluntary vs. involuntary churn?

You have multiple Comcast corporate offices in Denver. Try giving one of them a call.

Comcast's corporate office is in Philadelphia.

20% when be a starting place for CATV churn. Triple play helps to reduce it somewhat.

That is their main office. They have regional offices throughout the country.
