Best deal on Direct tv + new tv

Hey guys My dad wants to get ride of dishnetwork and go with Direct tv HD package.. He also wants to buy a new 40" LCD tv to go along with it, the question I have who has the best deal going out there on the package he wants..

He has three tv's in the house two regulare tv's and the new 40" LCD tv he wants to get, he will be a new customer to Direct tv also, I was looking at Plasma concepts is there a better deal then they are offering, Thanks for your help.. Cya Slick

best buy and cir city have been doing 30 off a month for directv signups when you buy a tv, on top of the reg promo.
