Best OTA for attic or indoors?

wife wont let me put anything else on roof, you guys know how it is. i need something that gets both uhf/vhf. looked at SS but i need vhf for CBS,ABC.
any suggestions for indoors or something in attic? i am approx 40 miles from furthest station.
 
My Vote:
If you have room in your attic (esp. your attic opening) a UHF CM 4228 or a UHF CM 4248 if things are a little tight. They may also pick up your VHF stations if the DTV station is above ch 7. Also check out link and link for more info. You can also easily add a seperate VHF antenna if needed.
 
WHat channel is VHF. The 4228 can pick up high band HF CH 10 and up. If it is a low band see www.antennadirect.com . There DB8 and another that is specilazed for VHF/UHF are pretty good. They fit in an attic very well.
My only concern is how much signal loss you will have being in an attic. Most likely a pre-amp too.
