Bill seeks single-antenna EchoStar service

... the No. 2 U.S. satellite-television service would have 18 months to provide all of its local channels to customers on one dish antenna under a bill approved by the Senate Commerce Committee. A million of EchoStar's 10 million customers must request a second dish to get religious and Spanish-language programs.
