I dont' think BlackbeltTV itself was affected. I think he was just re-broadcasting it.

It was on Galaxy 16 in DCII a while back (might still be!).

There's a placeholder for it there, at X4 644, just a looped commercial saying "coming soon" at the end.

I've seen those on the remote uplink trucks around town. It's like they clip the wings of the dish.
