Close..... and clarification;
As a new customer you MAY get a reduction in some fees so keep that in mind.
There is one $15 DVR fee per account
As mentioned the first Hopper has no fee.
Each Joey is $7 (not $5) so for what appears you are asking about four rooms would be a total of $36 for fees.
You can hide PPV or lock them so to order you need a code to unlock.

All Rooms will be HD. The Joey does not get channels on their own, all channels come from the Hopper so yes you get all the same channels.

So, you are saying! The other 3 rooms must watch, what is on the Hopper?

No I am not. Joey's can change channels and watch whatever one you want, or use the DVR etc. You seemed to think the Joey's get channels on their own, by asking if they get the same channels. They do not get channels on their own they use the Hopper to get whatever you want to watch so there is no chance they don't get what the Hopper gets.

The Hopper3 is a server (master) and handles all the tuning, upto 16 channels at same time.

The Joey is a client (slave), and the requests the Hopper to use one of the Hopper tuners and stream that tuner(channel) to the Joey.

The system uses the cablecoax or wifi in your house as network

I have coaxial in all 4 rooms, not connected to anything!
