I saw the "Túpac Katari" satellite listed in Lyngsat and found it to be launched for Bolivia.

I guess, like Simon Bolivar for Venezuela, its transmissions will be mostly intended for Bolivia. I was wondering if anyone had any more info on this one other than whats posted above. I see it's currently at 87.2W, and its footprint map looks almost impossibly specific.
