Boolean logic search no longer supported?

I'm not sure when it started since I don't perform a boolean searches too often, but they no longer work with this version of vBulletin. For example, entering the querry "cable and choice and Comcast" used to provide thread posts/titles that contained all three keywords (I used to occasionally string together more complex searches using multiple keyworks and operands). Nowadays, just as long as one of the keywords matches the search returns a match with those items - the AND and OR are completely ignored.

No changes have been made to the search.

When we move to vBulletin 4 next month we will be moving to a new search engine which should improve things greatly.

Also, I did an advanced search looking for keyword "cablechoicenow.org" and user name "riffjim4069" and this is what it returned: SatelliteGuys.US - Search Results No impact - no idea!!!

It must have gotten trashed during one of the incremental upgrades or security patches. I would run a search but...
